We often suggest this cut to people who are new to Wagyu and worried about “messing it up”.  The nice amount of marbling in this shoulder cut creates a steak that is extremely juicy. It is best on the grill and will remain moist and tender even when cooked well done. 
Price is per pound. One steak weighs about 8-9 oz.Each package contains two steaks.
